A sports training system includes a supporting structure, a first moving element supported by the supporting structure so as to be moveable relative to the supporting structure along a first path, a second moving element supported by the first moving element so as to be moveable relative to the first moving element along a second path different from the first path, and a punching bag suspended below the first moving element by the second moving element. The punching bag is moveable to any point within an area defined by the first and second paths when a trainee strikes the punching bag, thereby mimicking movements of an opponent. One or more elastic elements can be attached between the punching bag and the supporting structure for returning the punching bag to a desired region within the area.
L'invention concerne un système d'entraînement pour le sport qui comprend : une structure support ; un premier élément mobile porté par la structure support conçu pour se déplacer par rapport à ladite structure support le long d'un premier chemin ; un deuxième élément mobile porté par le premier élément mobile conçu pour se déplacer par rapport au premier élément mobile le long d'un deuxième chemin différent du premier chemin ; et un sac d'entraînement suspendu au-dessous du premier élément mobile par le deuxième élément mobile. Le sac d'entraînement peut se déplacer en tout point à l'intérieur d'une surface définie par le premier et le deuxième chemin lorsqu'un utilisateur frappe dans celui-ci, ce qui permet de reproduire les mouvements d'un adversaire. Un ou plusieurs éléments élastiques peuvent être fixés entre le sac d'entraînement et la structure support pour renvoyer le sac d'entraînement dans une zone désirée de la surface.
