ABSTRACT To enhance safety primarily for the sport of water skiing the device allows a form of communication to take place directly from the skier, or rider whom is being towed by a vessel or other such motorized vehicle, that is being operated at the time, to the operator of such vessel or vehicle. The device's primary function by electronic means, is to signal the operator of the vessel or vehicle that the skier or rider is no longer holding on to the rope that was towing the said skier, or rider, or that the rider is no longer sitting on a seat that is directly attached to the vessel and or vehicle. The device can be adapted to signal the operator towing one or more skiers and or riders.
