The invention provides a method comprising the steps of: (i) providing an emulsion of: a) an aqueous solvent, such as water, b) a carrier material dispersible or soluble in (a), said carrier material being solid at ambient temperature, and preferably being a polymer and inorganic salt or a surfactant, c) a volatile second liquid phase (for example, chloroform) which is not miscible with (a), and d) a material which is dispersible or soluble in (c) but not in (a), and, (ii) Drying the emulsion at above ambient temperature (preferably by spray drying) to simultaneously remove (a) and (c) and thereby obtain the material (b) in solid form with (d) dispersed therein.
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé comprenant plusieurs étapes consistant : (i) à fournir une émulsion contenant: a) un solvant aqueux, telle de l'eau, b) un matériau support dispersible ou soluble dans (a), ce matériau support se solidifiant à la température ambiante, et consistant de préférence en un polymère, un sel inorganique ou un agent de surface, c) une seconde phase liquide volatile (par exemple du chloroforme) qui n'est pas miscible avec (a), et d) un matériau qui est dispersible ou soluble dans (c) non dans (a), et, (ii) à sécher l'émulsion au-dessus de la température ambiante (de préférence par séchage par atomisation) afin d'ôter simultanément (a) et (c) et à obtenir ainsi le matériau (b) sous forme solide, (d) étant dispersé à l'intérieur.
