An impact device is mounted on the end of a long slim, preferably flexible plastic spray tube that is attached or readily attachable to a hand-held pesticide spray gun of the "crack and crevice" type. The device is adjustably mounted on the end of the tube and includes an impingement surface disposed in spaced opposed relation to the discharge end of the tube for forceful impingement of the fluid stream thereagainst to effect dispersion into a desired spray pattern of fine droplets under low pressure liquid operations. In a preferred embodiment the impact device is formed of one piece of wire, including a coil body for such adjustable mounting on a spray tube and a J-shaped section extending from one end of the coil over the end of the tube to present the end surface of the wire as the impingement surface opposite the tube outlet.
