This invention relates to a three-stream atomizing nozzle for use with a rewet shower. The nozzle (22) has an air stream divider that separates the atomizing air from the source into three streams. The first stream is a straight air stream staying closest to and around the atomized water jet. The second stream is a swirl running around the first straight stream. The third stream is also a straight stream that wraps around the first straight stream and the second swirl. The nozzle also has a mixing chamber (74) in which the three air streams are mixed together for the atomizing purpose. The nozzle (22) can from the combination of the three air streams produce fine water droplets that are suitable for a paper rewet shower and more importantly creates a tailorable water mass profile. The mass profile can be tailored into a shape that is close to a square shape which is ideal for rewet showers as a square profile creates minimal coupling between adjacent zones.
L'invention se rapporte à une buse d'atomisation (22) à triple flux utilisée avec un rinceur de réhumidification. Ladite buse présente un diviseur de flux d'air séparant l'air atomisant de la source en trois flux. Le premier flux est un flux d'air droit situé le plus près d'un jet d'eau atomisée et autour de celui-ci. Le second flux est un tourbillon s'écoulant autour du premier flux droit. Le troisième flux est aussi un flux droit qui enveloppe le premier flux droit et le second tourbillon. Ladite buse (22) comprend également une chambre (74) de mélange, dans laquelle les trois flux d'air sont mélangés à des fins d'atomisation. La combinaison des trois flux d'air permet à ladite buse de produire de fines gouttelettes d'eau appropriées pour un rinceur de réhumidification de papier et, ce qui est plus important, elle crée un profil de masse d'eau modulable. Le profil de masse peut être modulé en une forme similaire à une forme carrée, ce qui est idéal pour des rinceurs de réhumidification, étant donné qu'un profil carré crée un couplage minimum entre des zones adjacentes.
