The invention relates to a spreader roll comprising a tubular roll shell (2), whose curvature can be adjusted. Said roll shell is configured from continuous tubes consisting of a reinforced plastic composite material and is supported by means of bearings (13) in a rotationally fixed central region. Said central region is formed by a flexible shaft (1). The external surfaces of the bearings (13) lie on the internal wall of the roll shell (2) or on an external annular sheath (3). The internal surfaces of the bearings (13) lie on the surface of the flexible shaft (1) or on an internal fixed sheath (4) that surrounds said shaft.
La présente invention concerne un rouleau élargisseur présentant un bandage de rouleau tubulaire (2) dont la courbure peut être réglée. Ce bandage de rouleau est conçu sous forme de tubes monoblocs constitués d'un matériau composite plastique renforcé et repose par l'intermédiaire de paliers (13) sur une zone centrale fixe en rotation. Cette zone centrale est un axe flexible (1). Les paliers (13) sont adjacents avec leurs surfaces extérieures à la paroi interne du bandage de rouleau (2) ou à un manchon annulaire externe (3) fixement relié à cette paroi interne. Les paliers (13) sont adjacents avec leurs surfaces intérieures à la surface de l'axe flexible (1) ou à un manchon annulaire interne (4) entourant fixement cette surface.
