A one piece spring clip (10) is provided which includes first and second relatively stiff elongate arms (16, 18). Each arm has a gripping portion (40, 44) at one end and a jaw portion (30, 34) at an opposite end. A web (20) interconnects the arms (16, 18) intermediate their ends, the web (20) forming a pivot for the arms (16, 18). A substantially U-shaped spring (48) having a first end and a second end is disposed between the gripping portions (40, 44) of the arms (16, 18). The first end of the spring (48) is flexibly connected to one arm (18). A detent (46) is formed on the other arm (16). The second end of the spring (48) is resiliently biased to engage the detent (46) when the gripping portions (40, 44) of the arms (16, 18) are initially moved toward each other, the spring (48) yielding holding the jaws (30, 34) closed. The second end of the spring (48) is continuously engaged in the detent (46) for subsequent pressure and relaxation of pressure on the gripping portions (40, 44) of the arms (16, 18) to pivot the arms about the web (20) whereby the clamping portions (40, 44) of arms (16, 18) are movable toward and away from each other for receiving and retaining an object therebetween. Identification indicia (14), such as a badge is removably mounted to the clip (10) by one of a plurality of mounting members (12) formed on the clip (10).
La présente invention concerne une pince à ressort (10) monobloc comportant un premier bras (16) et un second bras (18) de forme allongée et relativement rigides. Chaque bras présente une zone de serrage (40, 44) à une extrémité et une zone mâchoire (30, 34) à l'autre extrémité. Une lame centrale (20) relie les deux bras (16, 18) à mi-distance de leurs extrémités, la lame (20) faisant office de pivot entre les bras (16, 18). Un ressort sensiblement en U (48), caractérisé par une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité, est disposé entre les zones de serrage (40, 44) des bras (16, 18). La première extrémité du ressort (48) est flexiblement reliée à un bras (18). Le second bras (16) comporte une butée (46). La seconde extrémité du ressort (48) s'engage par effet ressort dans la butée (46) lorsqu'on commence à rapprocher l'une vers l'autre les zones de serrage (40, 44) des bras (16, 18), le ressort (48) ayant tendance à fermer la mâchoire (30, 34). La seconde extrémité du ressort (48) est engagée en permanence dans la butée (46) en attente de pression et de relâchement de pression sur les zones de serrage (40, 44) des bras (16, 18) destiné à faire pivoter les bras autour de la lame (20). Les zones de serrage (40, 44) ont ainsi la possibilité de se rapprocher et de s'écarter l'une de l'autre pour recevoir et retenir entre elles un objet. Une marque d'identification (14) telle qu'un badge est monté de façon amovible sur la pince au moyen de plusieurs éléments de montage (12) formés sur la pince (10).
