The invention relates to a spring brake cylinder with an emergency release device, comprising the following: a housing (4) in which a spring-loaded piston (6) can be moved axially with a piston rod (24), at least one spring- loaded spring (14, 16), a pressure line (20) for supplying pressurized fluid to the spring-loaded piston, wherein the emergency release device comprises an actuation device, an emergency release mechanism to interrupt the power flux between the spring-loaded piston (6) and the piston rod (18) and a holding device (30) for holding the emergency release device. The invention is characterized by a blocking device (48) to prevent engagement of the holding device (30) of the emergency release mechanism when the spring-loaded piston (6) is only partly released.

L'invention concerne un cylindre de frein à accumulateur comportant un dispositif de relâchement d'urgence. Ledit cylindre de frein est composé d'un carter (4) dans lequel un piston d'accumulateur (6) peut être déplacé axialement au moyen d'une tige de piston (24), d'au moins un ressort d'accumulateur (14, 16), et d'un raccord de pression (20) destiné à soumettre le piston d'accumulateur à un fluide de pression. Le dispositif de relâchement d'urgence est composé d'un dispositif d'actionnement, d'un mécanisme de relâchement d'urgence destiné à interrompre le flux de force entre le piston d'accumulateur (6) et la tige de piston (18), et d'un dispositif de maintien (30) destiné à maintenir le dispositif de relâchement d'urgence. Ledit cylindre de frein à accumulateur est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif de blocage (48) destiné à éviter que le dispositif de maintien (30) du mécanisme de relâchement d'urgence ne s'enclenche lorsque le piston d'accumulateur (6) n'est que partiellement relâché.
