A sprinkler has a sprinkling device (2), and an inlet controlling device (70) and an end cap (60) respectively mounted on ends of the sprinkling device (2). The sprinkling device (2) has a casing (20) having outlet holes (21), and two regulating panels (41) having regulating slots (411), two regulating wheels (42), two transmission rods (43) and a cover (30) having limit slots (31) mounted on the casing (20). The outlet holes (21), the regulating slots (411) and the limit slots (31) respectively align with each other and are mounted around multiple nozzles (50). Turning the regulating wheels (42) forces the nozzles (50) to bend through the regulating panels (41) so the sprinkler has a variety of sprinkling patterns to be suitable for every place. The nozzles (50) are individually manufactured and are easily mounted on the casing (20) and replaced.
