Ce document décrit une méthode de production d'étoffe non tissée lacée par filage. La méthode comporte les étapes suivantes : éclaircissement du coton, cardage, élargissement du voile, lavage au jet d'eau, blanchissage, séchage et enroulage du produit fini. Cette méthode permet d'améliorer le taux de produit fini de bonne qualité obtenu à l'aide du procédé, de réduire le coût de production, d'économiser les matières premières et l'énergie, d'assurer la production d'un non-tissé hygiénique et de diminuer la proportion d'impuretés et de bactéries contenues dans le produit fini. De plus, les produits fabriqués par l'application de cette invention offrent de nombreux avantages : ils sont doux et facilement tolérés par la peau, ne sont pas toxiques, n'entraînent pas de stimulation ni de sensibilisation et sont absorbants, commodes et confortables à l'usage.
