ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A squeeze pack comprises a substantially dimensionally stable but elastically deformable external container and an easily deformable internal container arranged inside it. A closure means closes off both the intermediate space between the internal and external containers and also the interior of the internal container relative to the external atmosphere and further closes off the interior of the internal container relative to the intermediate space. The closure means has a delivery valve for discharge of filling material from the internal container and a venting valve for the intermediate space. The internal container is carried by a sleeve-like holding means which is arranged between the external container and the closure means and which provides passages communicating the intermediate space with the venting valve.
