An aqueous composition containing wool grease and a cationic or nonionic surfactant can be used to stabilise a wide range of particulate materials. The composition can be used to stabilise road materials, earth banks, coal piles, loose sand and dams. A binder such as a lignin sulphonate may be added to provide improved properties.

Cette invention concerne une composition aqueuse renfermant du suint et un tensioactif cationique ou non ionique qui peut être utilisé pour la stabilisation d'un vaste éventail de matériaux, notamment de matériaux utilisés pour les construction routières, les talus en terre, les tas de charbon, le sable meuble et les digues.
