Abstract of the Disclosure: STABILIZATION OF HIGH PURITY HYDROGEN PEROXIDE An aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution stable against decomposition by contaminants containing a maximum of 1.2 mg/l tin as a colloidal tin oxide. The tin oxide is maintained in the form of a very fine colloidal sol by means of an organic phosphonic acid. The solution meets the specifications of the semi- conductor industry and for use as a reagent chemical.
