A pharmaceutical aqueous suspension formulation for parenteral administration having substantially stabilized pH, comprising a biologically active compound and a pH controlling effective concentration of L-Methionine. Preferably, the biologically active compound is a steroidal compound, for instance exemestane, medroxyprogesterone acetate and estradiol cypionate or a combination of medroxyprogesterone acetate and estradiol cypionate.

L'invention concerne une préparation de suspension aqueuse pour usage parentéral, possédant un pH sensiblement stabilisé, comprenant un composé actif au plan biologique et une concentration de L-Méthionine, efficace pour la modulation du pH. Ledit composé actif au plan biologique est, de préférence, un composé stéroïdique, par exemple de l'exémestane, de l'acétate de médroxyprogestérone et du cypionate d'estradiol ou une combinaison d'acétate de médroxyprogestérone et de cypionate d'estradiol.
