Abstract of the Disclosure The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing an anthracycline antibiotic having an amino sugar residue and a water-soluble polyanion capable of at least 40% interacting with said antibiotic. In the composition according to the invention, the anthracycline antibiotic is stabilized. The composition can be administered in various dosage forms.
