A stabilized aqueous enzyme solution contains water, an enzyme selected from the group consisting of amylase, protease, and mixtures thereof, and an ionic compound which contains a cation having an effective nuclear charge greater than 2.6. The solution may, optionally, contain a carboxylic acid and a surfactant. The ionic compond may be selected from a preferred group consisting of the salts of strontium, cerium, yttrium ytterbium, lanthanum, and mixtures thereof.

Une solution aqueuse d'enzyme stabilisée contient de l'eau, une enzyme choisie parmi le groupe constitué des amylases, des protéases et de mélanges de ces dernières, et un composé ionique qui contient un cation ayant une charge nucléaire effective supérieure à 2,6. La solution peut, facultativement, contenir un acide carboxylique et un surfactant. Le composé ionique peut être choisi parmi un groupe préféré constitué de sels de strontium, de cérium, d'yttrium, d'ytterbium, de lanthane et de mélanges de ces derniers.
