Aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide stabilized by incorporation of a composition containing a mixture of alkaline or alkaline-earth metal pyrophosphate with a stabilizer pertaining to the class of aminopolycarboxylic acids having the general formula (I) wherein x is an integer equal to 0,1 or 2 and y is also an integer equal to 0,1 or 2; and salts of such acids. The solution finds application to the bleaching of textiles and pulp.

Solution aqueuse de peroxyde d'hydrogène stabilisée par incorporation d'une composition contenant un mélange d'un pyrophosphate de métal alcalin ou alcalino-terreux avec un stabilisant appartenant à la classe des acides aminopoly-carboxyliques répondant à la formule générale (I) où X est un nombre entier égal à 0,1 ou 2 et y est aussi un nombre entier égal à 0,1 ou 2; et des sels de ces acides. La solution trouve une application pour le blanchiment des textiles et des pâtes à papier.
