A stabilized pharmaceutical composition in lyophillized form comprising: a cyclic polypeptide compound represented by the following general formula (I), wherein R1 is hydrogen or acyl group, R2 is hydrogen or acyl group, R3 is lower alkyl which has one or more hydroxy or protected hydroxy, R4 is hydrogen or hydroxy, R5 is hydrogen, hydroxy, lower alkoxy or hydroxysulfonyloxy, and R6 is hydroxy or acyloxy, or a salt thereof, and a stabilizer.
