This invention relates to a single-liquid pharmaceutical composition for injection containing docetaxel. The composition includes (A) docetaxel and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, (B) a surfactant selected from the group consisting of polysorbate, polyoxyethylene glycol ester and polyoxyethylene castor oil derivatives, (C) a solvent comprising anhydrous ethanol in a concentration range of 100 to 800 mg/ml in an injectable solution, and (D) a pH adjuster of an amount suitable for adjusting the pH of the liquid composition to 5 or less. The composition may be directly diluted in a perfusion liquid even without the use of an intermediary dilute solution in case the composition is used for injectable preparations since the composition is in a single liquid phase. Furthermore, the composition is suitable for effective administration of docetaxel since the pharmaceutical stability of the composition is significantly improved.
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique liquide pour injection contenant du docetaxel. Cette composition contient (A) du docetaxel et un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable, (B) un agent de surface choisi parmi le polysorbate, le polyoxyéthylène glycol ester et les dérivés de l'huile de ricin à base de polyoxyéthylène, (C) un solvant contenant contenant de l'éthanol anhydre dans la plage de concentration comprise entre 100 et 800 mg/ml dans une solution d'injection, et (D) un correcteur du pH en quantité suffisante pour ajuster le pH de la composition liquide à 5 ou à une valeur inférieure. La composition décrite dans la présente invention peut être directement diluée dans un liquide de perfusion même sans utiliser une solution diluée intermédiaire dans les cas où la composition susmentionnée est utilisée en tant que préparations injectables, puisque la composition est formée d'une phase liquide unique. En outre, la composition décrite dans cette invention convient à l'injection efficace de docetaxel car la stabilité pharmaceutique de la composition est significativement améliorée.
