The stabilizer concentrate comprises a carrier resin, and a stabilizing agent capable of stabilizing a thermally sensitive interpolymer. The carrier resin has a viscosity such that the stabilizer concentrate has a viscosity of less than 60 percent of the viscosity of the polymeric blend composition. 21
