Abstract: An improved phosphite stabilizer for polymers, especially vinyl chloride polymers and olefin polymers. The phosphite is a bis-(2,4-dialkylphenyl)pentaerythritol diphosphite; the improvement comprises the presence in such phosphite composition of a small proportion of triisopropanolamine.
