ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A stable dispersion of polyols, containing dispersed particles of polyvinylchloride, and a process for producing it. The dispersion has a viscosity of lower than 10,000 mPa x sec. The particles have a size comprised within the range of from 1 to 10 micrometers and are soaked with the same polyol as used for preparing the dispersion. The dispersion is particularly suitable for producing elastomeric polyurethanes and/or rigid or flexible polyurethane foams.
