Anhydrous, liquid antimicrobial compositions comprising quaternaries 1- (benzyl)-3,5,7-triaza-1-azoniaadamantane chloride, 1-(3-chloroallyl)-3,5,7- triaza-1-azoniaadamantane chloride and the cis- and cis/trans-isomers thereof, 1-(.alpha.-(2-xylyl))-3,5,7-triaza-1-azoniaadamantane chloride and methyl 1- (3,5,7-triaza-1-azoniaadamantane chloride) acetate in admixture with an anhydrous carrier liquid and a thixotropic material are substantially stable to color changes, physical changes and/or chemical changes while under conventional storage conditions for extended time periods.
Des compositions antimicrobiennes liquides anhydres comprenant des quaternaires chlorure de 1-(benzyl)-3,5,7-triaza-1-azoniaadamantane, chlorure de 1-(3-choroallyl)-3,5,7-triaza-1-azoniaadamantane et ses isomères cis- et cis/trans, chlorure de 1-(.alpha.-(2-xylyl))-3,5,7-triaza-1-azoniaadamantane et méthyle 1-(3,5,7-triaza-1-azoniaadamantane chlorure) acétate associés dans un mélange avec un liquide porteur anhydre et une matière thixotrope présentent une bonne stabilité par rapport aux changements de couleur, aux modifications physiques et/ou chimiques tout en étant soumises à des conditions de stockage habituelles pendant de longues durées.
