This invention concerns a stable, particulate complex having a global negative or neutral charge, a spherical shape, and a lamellar, rolled and condensed particulate structure, the complex comprising a globally anionic biologically active substance and a mixture of a cationic constituent and an anionic constituent, wherein at least one of the cationic constituent and the anionic constituent is a lipid. More particularly, the mixture further comprises a neutral constituent. The invention also concerns unilamellar vesicles for preparation of these complexes as well as their preparation and utilisation.
Cette invention traite d'un complexe particulaire stable de charge globale négative ou neutre; de forme sphérique; de structure particulaire lamellaire, laminée et condensée. Ce complexe renferme une substance à action biologique entièrement anionique ainsi qu'un mélange d'un constituant cationique et d'un constituant anionique, l'un de ces deux constituants au moins étant un lipide. En particulier, ce mélange renferme également un constituant neutre. Cette invention traite enfin de vésicules unilamellaires utilisées pour préparer ces complexes, ainsi que de leur préparation et de leur utilisation.
