The invention relates to storage-stable lyophilized pharmaceutical preparations of biomolecules, wherein said biomolecules are selected from the group comprising proteins, peptides, nucleic acids and carbohydrates and further contain one or more basic D or L amino acids in addition to one or more aminodicarboxylic acids, hydroxycarboxylic acids or dicarboxylic acids or their physiologically compatible salts thereof. The auxiliary substances are available in the lyophilized culture partially or fully in amorphous form.
L'invention a pour objet des préparations de biomolécules pharmaceutiques lyophilisées, stables au stockage, caractérisées en ce qu'elles renferment des biomolécules choisies dans le groupe comprenant des protéines, peptides, acides nucléiques et hydrates de carbone; un ou plusieurs aminoacides D ou L basiques, ainsi qu'un ou plusieurs acides aminodicarboxyliques, hydroxycarboxyliques ou dicarboxyliques, ou leurs sels physiologiquement compatibles. Les substances auxiliaires se présentent, dans le lyophilisat, en totalité ou en partie sous forme amorphe.
