The invention relates to a kit comprising MHC Class I and Class II HLA-coated beads containing specific antigenic peptides for binding to antigen-specific T cells and the appropriate negative control peptides. Also provided are methods for making the coated beads and methods for use. The application of these beads goes to the stimulation of peripheral blood cell populations and in vzYro-stimulated culture for the elicitation of functional activities such as cell activation and signaling, cytokine secretion, proliferation and cytotoxicity activity.

L'invention concerne un kit comprenant des billes enrobées de HLA CMH de classe I et II et contenant des peptides antigéniques spécifiques pour se lier à des cellules T à spécificité antigénique et les peptides de contrôle négatifs appropriés. La présente invention porte également sur des procédés pour réaliser ces billes enrobées et pour les utiliser. L'application de ces billes sert à stimuler les populations cellulaires du sang périphérique et, dans une culture à stimulation vzYro, à provoquer des activités fonctionnelles telles que l'activation et la signalisation cellulaire, la sécrétion de cytokines, la prolifération et l'activité de cytotoxicité.
