The inventive rear projection screens are characterised in that the diffusion layer has a half-intensity angle that is larger than or equal to 15~, and the carrier layer has a half-intensity angle that is smaller than or equal to 6.5~, said carrier layer having a sheen R60~ that is smaller than or equal to 70.
