Disclosed are: a stable salt of 3'-phosphoadenosine 5'-phosphosulfate: PAPS); and a process for production of the salt. The salt is a stable salt (an amine salt) of PAPS, which is produced from PAPS and an amine compound. The process for production of a stable salt of tPAPS comprises mixing an aqueous PAPS solution with an equimolar amount of an amine compound and drying the resulting solution. It becomes possible for the first time to produce PAPS having a significantly improved stability in a solid state in an extremely simple manner. An amine salt of PAPS produced by the process is quite stable, and therefore can be stored and used with little concern for decomposition at ambient temperature.
La présente invention concerne : un sel stable de 3~-phosphoadénosine 5~-phosphosulfate (PAPS) ; et un procédé de production du sel. Le sel est un sel stable (un sel d'amine) de PAPS, lequel est produit à partir du PAPS et d'un composé amine. Le procédé de production d~un sel stable de PAPS comprend le mélange d~une solution aqueuse de PAPS à une quantité équimolaire d~un composé amine et le séchage de la solution résultante. Il devient possible pour la première fois de produire le PAPS ayant une stabilité sensiblement améliorée à l~état solide d'une manière extrêmement simple. Un sel d~amine de PAPS produit au moyen du procédé est assez stable, et peut donc être stocké et utilisé sans se préoccuper de la décomposition à la température ambiante.
