An object of the present invention is to give durable excellent stain-proofing property to the surface of a coat formed on the surface of a substrate of a building board without deteriorating the surface of the coat. The present invention provides a stain-proofing agent which comprises silica fine particles, an aqueous solvent and, as a stain-proofing improver, an alkali metal compound and/or an alkaline earth metal compound and/or a phosphorus compound and/or a clay mineral. Furthermore, the present invention provides a building board having an excellent stain-proofing property prepared by applying a coating composition onto the surface of a substrate to form a coat, and then applying a stain-proofing agent onto the coat while the coat is in an unhardened state or applying a stain-proofing agent onto the coat after subjecting the coat to a roughening treatment to enhance the adhesion of the stain-proofing layer to the coat.

Un objet de la présente invention est de donner une propriété d'insensibilité aux taches excellente et durable à la surface d'une couche formée sur la surface d'un substrat de panneau de construction sans détériorer la surface de cette couche. La présente invention a trait à un agent d'insensibilité aux taches qui contient des particules fines de silice, un solvant aqueux et, comme améliorateur d'insensibilité aux taches, un composé de métal alcalin et/ou un composé de métal alcalino-terreux et/ou un composé de phosphore et/ou un minéral argileux. De plus, la présente invention comporte un panneau de construction ayant une propriété d'insensibilité aux taches excellente, élaborée en appliquant une composition de revêtement à la surface d'un substrat pour former une couche, puis en appliquant un agent d'insensibilité aux taches sur cette couche pendant que celle-ci est encore non durcie, ou en appliquant un agent d'insensibilité aux taches sur la couche après avoir soumis celle-ci à un traitement la rendant rugueuse afin d'améliorer l'adhérence de l'agent d'insensibilité aux taches sur la couche.
