A process for stain removal at a surface, comprising applying to that surface a mixture of at least two aqueous compositions: (a) an aqueous composition comprising a source of active oxygen having a pH of greater than 0 but less than 7 [hereinafter component (a)] and (b) an aqueous composition [hereinafter component (b)] comprising an enzyme, wherein components (a) and/or (b) additionally comprise at least one surfactant or water-soluble polymer and are mixed not more than two hours before being applied to the surface requiring stain removal.

Procédé pour éliminer une tache sur une surface, qui comporte l'étape consistant à appliquer sur cette surface un mélange d'au moins deux compositions aqueuses : (a) une composition aqueuse comprenant une source d'oxygène actif présentant un pH supérieur à 0 mais inférieur à 7 [appelée ci-après composant (a)], et (b) une composition aqueuse [appelée ci-après composant (b)] comprenant une enzyme. Les composants (a) et/ou (b) renferment en outre au moins un tensioactif ou un polymère soluble dans l'eau, et sont mélangés au maximum deux heures avant d'être appliqués sur la surface tachée.
