Abstract of the Disclosure A laminated sheet according to the present inven- tion comprises a stainless-steel sheet, a first hot-melt adhesive layer put on at least one surface of the sheet, and a second hot-melt adhesive layer put on the first adhesive layer. The first adhesive layer consists essentially of a hot melt adhesive agent containing a graft copolymer of a polyolefin polymer with an unsa- turated aliphatic carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof. A method according to the present invention comprises a process for forming a laminated sheet by putting a first adhesive layer, consisting essentially of a hot-melt adhesive agent containing a graft copo- lymer of a polyolefin polymer with an unsaturated aliphatic carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof, on at least one surface of a stainless-steel sheet, and putting a second hot-melt adhesive layer on the first adhesive layer, and a process for heating the laminated sheet on the surface of a base structure, thereby integrally bonding the laminated sheet to the base structure.
