ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A stand which is capable of holding both gramophone records and magnetic tape cassette cases. The stand comprises a baseplate having side walls or other members projecting upwardly therefrom to define, with the top of the baseplate, gramophone record receiving compartments. The projecting members are so formed as to provide a stable support for the stand in an inverted position exposing the underside of the baseplate, cassette case holding means being provided on the thus exposed underside of the baseplate.
