A light portable work bench that can be extendable at a construction site is provided. The bench can be used to support a rotary saw and a work-piece that is to be cut. The bench comprises a bottom frame with internal rotatable wheels at each of its end corners. A pair if top frames are linearly aligned with and slideable along the bottom frame. Each of the top frames has a pair of rotatable wheels externally mounted at its inner end, whereby the top frame is operative to move along the bottom frame on one pair of the latter's wheels and its own pair of wheels. Rotatable rollers are transversely mounted to each of the top frames by vertically adjustable brackets, for supporting the work-piece. The bottom frame carries means for attaching the rotary saw and can be secured at an appropriate height to saw horses when in use.
