ABSORBANT POWDER COMPOSITION ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A dry powder composition for absorbing body fluids from the human skin comprises essentially an intimate mixture of about 10 to 70 percent by weight of talc, about 15 to 80 percent by weight of microporous cellulose and about 1.0 to 15 percent by weight of a hydrolyzed starch-polyacrylonitrile graft copolymer. The composition can also contain minor amounts of preservatives, bactericides, fungicides and similar agents commonly employed in body powders.
