Abstract Stationary induction electric apparatus comprises a reinforcement frame to be mounted on an inner peripheral surface of a rectangular core. A protective cover is provided for covering both the rectangular core and the reinforcement frame. A reinforcement band is wound on an outer peripheral surface of the rectangular core on which the protective cover is mounted, and windings are fitted on the leg portions of the core on which the reinforcement frame, the protective cover, and the reinforcement band are mounted.
