Abstract A stationary or mobile receiving bunker, which can be fed with bulk material by means of industrial trucks, for example dumpers, and which is provided with a delivery conveyor arranged under the receiving bunker, which draws the bulk material out of the receiving bunker. Two bunker walls (8), which enclose the bunker chamber on the side awayfrom the direction of delivery (A), are so arranged, that the straight lines running through their top edges (11) and projected onto a horizontal plane each form an angle ?<c90° with the longitudinal axis (12) of the delivery conveyor (2) also projected onto the horizontal plane. This solution provides the advantage compared with known bunkers, whichcan be fed from more than one side, for example by means of dumpers, and which must therefore rest below the travelling floor of the dumpers, that the dumpers no longer have to drive in the immediate proximity of the edge of the slope and that the receiving bunker is distinguished by good manoeuvrability.
