To provide a non-aging steel sheet for vitreous enameling, the steel sheet being excellent in resistance to bubbles and black spots, without the employment of decarbonization and denitrification annealing that raises the cost of production and also without the addition of expensive elements such as Nb, Ti, etc. that raise the cost of alloys. The steel sheet comprises, in mass, to C: 0.0050% or less, Si: 0.50% or less, Mn: 0.005 to 1.0%, P: 10x(B- 11/14xN) to 0.10%, S: 0.080% or less, Al: 0.050% or less, N: 0.0005 to 0.020%, B: 0.60xN to 0.020%, and O: 0.002 to 0.0800%, and the shape of B nitrides is controlled mainly by adjusting hot-rolling conditions.
L'invention a pour objet une feuille d'acier résistant à la maturation, convenant pour l'émaillage vitreux, cette feuille d'acier présentant une excellente résistance à la formation de bulles et de taches noires, sans qu'il soit nécessaire de procéder à un recuit de décarburation et de dénitrification augmentant le coût de production, et sans adjonction d'éléments onéreux tels que le Nb, le Ti etc., qui accroissent le coût des alliages. Cette feuille d'acier présente la composition suivante (en masse) : C: max. 0,0050 %, Si: max. 0,50 %, Mn: 0,005 à 1,0 %, P: 10x(B-11/14xN) à 0,10 %, S: max. 0,080 %, max. Al: 0,050 %, N: 0,0005 à 0,020 %, B: 0,60xN à 0,020 %, et O: 0,002 à 0,0800 %, et la forme des nitrures B est régulée principalement par modulation des conditions de laminage à chaud.
