A steel tube with excellent steam oxidation resistance and a method for producing the steel tube are provided. The steel tube contains 9 to 28 % by mass of Cr, and the visual coverage of the shot peened area of the inner surface of the steel tube is 70 percent or more. The method for producing the steel tube includes shot peening the inner surface of the steel tube under the condition of a shot stream of not less than 5 kg/minute and satisfying the formula (a) shown below while rotating the steel tube and moving a shot nozzle along the length of the steel tube. The shot peened area (visual coverage) of the inner surface of the steel tube is 70 percent or more; L x r/v >= 1.5 ... (a) where L denotes a length (mm) over which shot particles from the nozzle are blasted onto the inner surface of the tube, r denotes the frequency of rotation (rpm) of the steel tube, and v denotes the speed (mm/minute) of nozzle movement along the length of the steel tube.
La présente invention concerne un tuyau en acier excellent en termes de caractéristiques d'oxydation de résistance à la vapeur d'eau et son procédé de fabrication. Le tuyau en acier excellent en termes de caractéristiques d'oxydation de résistance à la vapeur d'eau contient de 9 à 28 % en masse de Cr, caractérisé en ce que la surface dans le tuyau soumise au grenaillage d'écrouissage est supérieure ou égale à 70 % par observation visuelle. Dans le procédé de fabrication du tuyau en acier, lorsque la surface dans le tuyau est soumise au grenaillage d'écrouissage en déplaçant une buse de grenaillage par rapport à la direction longitudinale du tuyau tandis que le tuyau en acier est mis en rotation, le débit de grenaillage est établi à une valeur supérieure ou égale à 5 kg/min, le grenaillage d'écrouissage est réalisé dans des conditions satisfaisant l'expression suivante (a) et l'aire soumise au grenaillage d'écrouissage (observation visuelle) est supérieure ou égale à 70 %. L x r/v = 1,5 (a) où, L représente la longueur au delà de laquelle les particules de grenaillage éjectées à partir d'une buse frappent la surface circulaire interne du tuyau (mm), r représente la vitesse de rotation du tuyau en acier (tr/min), v représente la vitesse d'alimentation de la buse dans la direction longitudinale du tuyau en acier (mm/min).
