The inventive vehicle (1) comprises a chassis (2) that can support at least one user and which rests on the ground by means of wheel- (5) or runner-type connecting members. At least one of said members is mounted on a steering column (3) which is articulated with the chassis (2), around an axis of rotation (A¿26?). In addition, said vehicle comprises a frame (7) which is kinematically connected to the steering column (3, 4), which can move in relation to the chassis (2) and which can touch the ground (S). When resting on the ground (S), the frame (7) can be used to rotate (F¿2?) the steering column (3) around its axis (A¿26?) by moving said frame (F¿1?) in relation to the chassis (2).
Cet engin (1) comprend un châssis (2) apte à recevoir au moins un utilisateur et reposant sur le sol par des organes de liaison, de type roues (5) ou patins, l'un au moins de ces organes étant monté sur une colonne de direction (3) articulée par rapport au châssis (2), autour d'un axe de rotation (A26).
