A stem cell reinforcing material which, after having been absorbed by the body through peroral ingestion, drip infusion, or the like, can reinforce stem cells comprising somatic stem cells, especially hematopoietic stem cells of bone marrows and embryonic stem cells. The material is obtained by using an isoflavone aglycone having an estrogenic activity which does not inhibit the activity of an enzyme acting on a cell proliferation factor. Such a stem cell reinforcing material has not existed so far at all. The main feature of the stem cell reinforcing material, which performs the excellent function, is that it comprises the isoflavone aglycone functioning to reinforce stem cells.
La présente invention concerne une substance de renforcement des cellules souches qui, une fois absorbée par le corps par ingestion per os, par perfusion par micro-gouttes, ou analogue, peut renforcer les cellules souches de la moelle osseuse, particulièrement les cellules souches hématopoïétiques de la moelle osseuse et les cellules souches embryonnaires. Pour obtenir cette substance, on utilise un isoflavone aglycone possédant une activité oestrogénique qui n'inhibe pas l'activité d'une enzyme agissant sur le facteur de prolifération cellulaire. Cette substance de renforcement des cellules souches est une nouvelle substance. La caractéristique principale de cette substance, dont l'efficacité est remarquable, et que l'isoflavone aglycone qu'elle contient agit de façon à renforcer les cellules souches.
