The present invention relates to a stent (10) for the posi-tioning and anchoring of a valvular prosthesis (100) in an implantation site in the heart of a patient. Specifically, the present invention relates to an expandable stent for an endoprosthesis used in the treatment of a nar-rowing of a cardiac valve and/or a cardiac valve insufficiency. So as to en-sure that no longitudinal displacement of a valvular prosthesis (100) fas-tened to a stent (10) will occur relative the stent (10) in the implanted state of the stent (10), even given the peristaltic motion of the heart, the stent (10) according to the invention comprises at least one fastening portion (11 11a) via which the valvular prosthesis (100) is connectable to the stent (10). The stent (10) further comprises positioning arches (15a, 15b, 15c) and retaining arches (16a, 16b, 16c), whereby at least one positioning arch (15a, 15b, 15c) is connected to at least one retaining arch (16a, 16b, 16c) via a first connecting web (17). The stent (10) moreover comprises at least one auxiliary retaining arch (18a, 18b, 18c) which connects the respective arms (16a', 16a", 16b', 16b", 16c', 16c") of the at least one retaining arch (16a, 16b, 16c) connected to the at least one positioning arch (15a, 15b, 15c).
Cette invention concerne une endoprothèse (10) utilisée pour positionner et ancrer une prothèse valvulaire (100) dans un site dimplantation cardiaque chez un patient. Spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne une endoprothèse expansive prévue pour une endoprothèse utilisée dans le traitement du rétrécissement dune valvule cardiaque et/ou dune insuffisance valvulaire cardiaque. Pour garantir labsence de tout déplacement longitudinal de la prothèse valvulaire (100) fixée à lendoprothèse (10), par rapport à lendoprothèse (10) dans son état implanté, même avec le mouvement péristaltique du cur, lendoprothèse(10) selon linvention comprend au moins une partie de fixation (11, 11a) par le biais de laquelle la prothèse valvulaire (100) peut être reliée à lendoprothèse (10).Lendoprothèse (10) comprend par ailleurs des arcs de positionnement (15a, 15b, 15c) et des arcs de maintien (16a, 16b, 16c), au moins un arc de positionnement (15a, 15b, 15c) étant relié à au moins un arc de maintien (16a, 16b, 16c) par le biais dun premier réseau de connexion (17). Lendoprothèse (10) comprend par ailleurs au moins un arc de maintien auxiliaire (18a, 18b, 18c) qui relie les bras respectifs (16a', 16a », 16b', 16b », 16c', 16c ») de larc de maintien (16a, 16b, 16c) lié à larc de positionnement (15a, 15b, 15c).
