The invention relates to a load selector for step switches in step transformers with two movable selector contacts in which there is a suitable vacuum switch downstream of the first movable selector contact to switch the load current and a suitable switch for switching the compensation current downstream of the second movable selector contact and in which both selector contacts are independently movable in such a way that one of them moves slowly and the other in jumps and their sequence is independent of the switching direction.

L'invention concerne un sélecteur de charge pour commutateurs à gradins montés sur des transformateurs à gradins, qui comporte deux contacts de sélection mobiles. Au moins un interrupteur à vide convenant au couplage du courant de charge est intercalé à la suite du premier contact de sélection mobile. Un interrupteur convenant au couplage du courant compensateur est intercalé à la suite du second contact de sélection mobile. Les deux contacts de sélection sont déplaçables indépendamment l'un de l'autre si bien qu'un d'eux est déplacé lentement et que l'autre suit par à-coup et que leur ordre de mouvement ne dépend pas du sens de commutation.
