The invention relates to stereoscopic display arrangements, particularly those that enable the projection of an image that is visible in three dimensions from wavelength filter arrays or gray-scale filter arrays to one or more viewers without the use of additional aids such as spectacles. In arrangements of this type, an increased brightness in the 3D display is obtained by the inventive arrangement of transparent filters on the filter array.
