A composition and therapeutic kit including an aerosol packaging assembly including: a container accommodating a pressurized product; and an outlet capable of releasing the pressurized product as a foam; wherein the pressurized product comprises a foamable composition including: i. a steroid; ii. at least one organic carrier selected from the group consisting of a hydrophobic organic carrier, a polar solvent, an emollient and mixtures thereof, at a concentration of about 2% to about 50% by weight; iii. a surface- active agent; iv. about 0.01 % to about 5% by weight of at least one polymeric additive selected from the group consisting of a bioadhesive agent, a gelling agent, a film forming agent and a phase change agent; v. water; and vi. liquefied or compressed gas propellant at a concentration of about 3% to about 25% by weight of the total composition. The composition further may include a therapeutically active foam adjuvant, selected from the group consisting of a fatty alcohol, a fatty acid, a hydroxyl fatty acid; and mixtures thereof.

Cette invention concerne une composition et une trousse thérapeutique comprenant un ensemble conditionnement d'aérosol avec: un récipient renfermant un produit sous pression; et une sortie libérant le produit sous pression sous forme de mousse. Le produit sous pression comprend une composition moussante comme suit: (i). un stéroïde; (ii). au moins un véhicule organique pris dans groupe constitué d'un véhicule organique hydrophobe, d'un solvant polaire, d'un émollient et de mélanges de ces constituants, à une concentration de 2 à 50 % environ en poids; (iii) un agent tensioactif; (iv). De 0,01 % à 5 % environ en poids d'au moins un additif polymère pris dans le groupe composé d'un agent bioadhésif, d'un agent gélifiant, d'un agent filmogène et d'un agent de changement de phase; (v). de l'eau; et (vi) un agent gazeux propulseur liquéfié ou comprimé à la concentration de 3 % à 25 % environ en poids de la composition totale. De plus, cette composition peut comprendre un adjuvant moussant actif pris dans le groupe composé d'un alcool gras, d'un acide gras, d'un acide gras d'hydroxyle et de mélanges de ces constituants.
