ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a shoe lining material which is thermoplastic or which can be shaped and stiffened by the action of solvents which material comprises a single-layer fibre structure that is charged with at least one resin that has a stiffening effect at ambient temperature to approximately 60°C, in quantities from 0.1 - 0.9 kg per square metre of fibre structure.
