Use for the manufacture of a medicament for enhancing the antigen-specific stimulation of cytotoxi T-cell (CTL) responses in humans of the HN protein of a paramyxovirus, especially Newcastle Disease Virus, a T-cell stimulation peptide thereof or DNA coding for a said protein or peptide, in each case free of its native paramyxovirus. The invention also includes vaccines of antigen-presenting cells infected with the HN protein or peptide or with DNA coding therefor.
