A separation material characterized by supporting, in its surface, a linear or crosslinked stimulus responsive polymer to which a substance A having specific affinity for a target substance and a low-molecular substance B having specific affinity for the substance A have been bonded. Such a separation material can increase the recovery of a target substance to be purified and do not require desalting and hapten sugar-eliminating operations and, in addition, have high productivity.
L'invention concerne un matériau de séparation caractérisé en ce qu'il supporte, sur sa surface, un polymère linéaire ou réticulé sensible à un stimulus, auquel une substance A ayant une affinité spécifique pour une substance cible et une substance B à bas poids moléculaire ayant une affinité spécifique pour la substance A ont été liées. Un tel matériau de séparation peut permettre une guérison améliorée d'une substance cible à purifier, ne nécessite pas d'opérations de dessalage et d'élimination de sucre d'un haptène, et, de plus, permet d'obtenir une productivité élevée.
