The elastic stopper for closing a vial in a system for preparing ready to use suspensions or solutions of an active product stored in said vial consists of one piece of elastic material which has a concentrical portion (7) whose axial thickness is reduced to a membrane which has radially arranged cuts (8) constituting defined breakage lines during its tearing.
