ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An improved stopper for locking caster wheels is disclosed. The stopper comprises a push-button slid- ably inserted into a mounting hole in a frame for journ- aling wheels, a stopper rotor rotatably mounted in par- allel with an axle at the push-button so as to be elas- ically urged by a recoiling spring in an outward direc- tion. Stoppers formed at the ends of the rotor are re- leasably mounted in stopper recesses formed on the peri- pheries of the wheels. An actuator is formed at the middle part of the stopper rotor. A cam groove formed in the mounting hole serves to stepwisely engage and hold the actuator of the rotor rotatably and movably by the pressing operation of the push-button and the re- coiling operation of the spring.
