A storage arrangement (1) for empty cores (2) for a reel-up (3) in which paper is wound to form reels of paper (4), said storage arrangement (1) having a stand (16) comprising a feed-out ramp (14) and a container (18) with a top (38), a bottom (39) and four vertical sides consisting of a front side (20) facing the feed-out ramp (14), a rear side (21) and two sides (22, 23), said four sides (20, 21, 22, 23) between them defining a space for empty cores (2), which container (18) also comprises an upper inlet opening (24) and a lower outlet opening (25) in conjunction with the upstream end of the feed-out ramp (14). According to the invention a plurality of downwardly inclined planes (26) are arranged one beneath the other inside the container (18), directed alternately from the front side (20) and the rear side (21), each plane (26) having a downstream end located at a predetermined distance from the adjacent rear side (21) or front side (20) to provide an opening therebetween so that each empty core (2) rolling down an upstream plane (26) continues freely to the next plane (26) in a continuous path from the inlet opening (24) to the outlet opening (25). The stand (16) also includes a stand table (17), at which the container (18) is exchangeably arranged in conjunction with the feed-out ramp (14) to enable transport of the container (18) to a filling station.
L'invention concerne un système de rangement (1) destiné à des mandrins vides (2) d'une enrouleuse (3), dans laquelle le papier est enroulé pour former des bobines de papier (4). Ce système de rangement (1) possède un support (16) comprenant une rampe de sortie (14) et un contenant (18). Ce contenant (18) est doté d'un couvercle (38), d'un fond (39) et de quatre côtés verticaux, notamment une face antérieure (20) faisant face à la rampe de sortie (14), une face postérieure (21) et deux faces latérales (22, 23). Ces quatres faces (20, 21, 22, 23) définissent ensemble un espace destiné aux mandrins vides (2). Le contenant (18) comprend également une ouverture d'entrée (24) supérieure et une ouverture de sortie (25) inférieure débouchant sur l'extrémité amont de la rampe de sortie (14). Selon l'invention, une pluralité de plans (26) inclinés vers le bas sont placés l'un sous l'autre à l'intérieur du contenant (18) en étant dirigés alternativement depuis la face antérieure (20) ou la face postérieure (21). Chaque plan (26) a une extrémité aval située à une distance donnée de la face postérieure (21) ou de la face antérieure (20) adjacente pour y former une ouverture de telle manière que chaque mandrin vide (2) dévale un plan amont (26) librement et en continu jusqu'au plan suivant (26) dans un trajet continu entre l'ouverture d'entrée (24) et l'ouverture de sortie (25). Le support (16) comprend également une table-support (17), sur laquelle le contenant (18) est placé dans le prolongement de la rampe de sortie (14) de façon interchangeable afin de permettre le transport du contenant (18) vers une station de remplissage.
